Shipping Costs

Delivery Times

Typically, we anticipate that standard orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days from order confirmation. However, this period may vary depending on the specific location and exceptional circumstances or holidays.
Shipping Methods
We collaborate with TNT – FEDEX to ensure that your orders are delivered safely and promptly.
Each shipment is trackable, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Shipping Issues
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the package and its contents for any errors.
If you encounter any of the following issues, please contact our Customer Service:
- Non-receipt of the shipment despite delivery confirmation by the carrier
- Missing contents in the package
- Contents of the package not matching the order placed
- Internal contents of the order damaged
If you receive a visibly damaged package, especially if the outer packaging is damaged or tampered with, please remember that you can refuse delivery from the courier.
Once a visibly damaged package is accepted, it is not possible to file a claim with Customer Service.
